In June 2022, Suzhou NanoMicro Technology Company Limited (“NanoMicro", 688690.SH) successfully issued 3,025,875 A shares to specific parties in a simplified offering upon registration with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, raising approximately RMB 197 million.
Zhong Lun provided legal services for the whole process of the offering. The lead partner of the legal team was Michael Gu; the signing attorneys were partners Michael Gu and Jim Li and associate Cecil Zhou; and the team also included associates Peipei Zhang, Meizhen Wu and Yugang Sun.
