Zhong Lun Assists Rego Interactive to Complete IPO and Be Listed on SEHK
On October 17, 2022, Rego Interactive Co., Ltd. (“Rego Interactive") was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (the “SEHK") with the stock code 2422. HK.
Zhong Lun Law Firm served as the PRC legal counsel of Rego Interactive and provided comprehensive and multi-faceted legal services throughout the whole process of the IPO and listing. As this project is pending governmental approval, Cyberspace Administration of China issued the Cybersecurity Review Measures (2021) and the Administrative Regulations on Network Data Security (Draft for Comment) (collectively referred to as the “New Cybersecurity Regulations"). Considering Rego Interactive’s business in the context of the New Cybersecurity Regulations, the team made a fine anticipatory argument for the client and thereby efficiently and effectively solved problems arising in the application and review process.
