Sally Jiang joined Zhong Lun Law Firm Shanghai Office in 2008 and is mainly focused on providing legal services in the area of real estate and new infrastructure, including strategic investment on the platform of real estate and new infrastructure projects (such as mix-use properties, long-term rental apartments, warehousing and logistics, industrial parks, internet data centers), equity and asset acquisition, project financing, project development and operation, foreign investment, etc.
Sally Jiang has extensive hands-on experience in the area of real estate and new infrastructure in the PRC and provides full-scope legal services for many domestic and overseas funds, banks, trust companies, insurance companies, real estate companies and internet data center operators.
