Song Mu graduated from Peking University Law School.
Since joining Zhong Lun Law Firm (Beijing）in 2002, Mr. Mu has been committed to legal business related to real estate, and has extensive practical experience in Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Investment related Dispute Resolution, Legitimacy and Compliance Examination on Land and Real Estate Projects, Public-Private Partnership (PPP), Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Negotiations, etc. In addition, Mr. Mu serves as perennial legal advisor for many major state-owned enterprises, and represents such enterprises in litigation, arbitration cases, etc.
