Zhong Lun Assists Lianlian in its Hong Kong Listing
On March 28, 2024, Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. (“Lianlian", 2598. HK) announced its initial public offering of overseas shares (H shares) and successful listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Zhong Lun assisted Lianlian in preparing a complete set of filing documents, including the listing filing report and legal opinion, helping Lianlian become the first market player in the third-party payment industry to complete the CSRC overseas listing filing.
Zhong Lun served as the PRC counsel for Lianlian, providing legal services throughout the client’s H shares’ issuance and full circulation. Zhong Lun partners Zhong Zhang, Yiwen Chen, and Jia Liu headed the project, and team members also included associates Yifei Zhang, Xiaobao Chang, Yingkui Wu, etc. Furthermore, Zhong Lun partners Catherine Chen and Shaun Gao provided enormous support. Zhong Lun partner Jihong Chen and non-equity partner Jian Chen provided professional advice on data outbound transfer and other data compliance matters.
