I specialize in domestic and overseas listings, company M&A, and private equity investment transactions. My past experience encompasses a wide range of industries such as the Internet, telecommunications, financial technology, artificial intelligence, chips and semiconductors, new materials and new energy, smart manufacturing, catering, logistics, education, games.
Prior to joining Zhong Lun, I worked at King & Wood Mallesons (Beijing Office) and SDIC Venture Capital. I have led or participated in the completion of more than 20 domestic and overseas listing projects as the issuer's PRC lawyer and the sponsor's PRC lawyer.
Additionally, I have also provided legal services related to investment and financing for numerous industry-leading venture capital funds, private equity investment funds, state-owned enterprises, start-up companies and other clients, and have led and participated a number of complex M&A and restructuring transactions in industries such as energy chemical, logistic transportation, and telecommunications technology.
