Representative Matters
Chiou-Wen (Rowena) Lin is the partner of Zhong Lun New York Office and San Francisco Office and a member of the Firm’s Corporate Group. With years of experience in both Taiwan and U.S., Ms. Lin focuses her practices primarily on real estate transactions, business immigration, general corporate, wealth management and estate planning.
Ms. Lin represents client in a wide range of complex real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, joint ventures, as well as financing transactions secured by mortgages, including construction loans and mezzanine financing.
Ms. Lin has extensive experience representing developers across a variety of industries, as well as private equity funds on developing new projects that qualify for EB-5 investments including regional center formation and having projects adopted by existing Regional Centers or through pooled individual EB-5 petitions.
Ms. Lin has extensive experience representing and advising high-net worth individuals on obtaining immigrant visa through Eb-5 investment. She also advises multinational corporations on a variety of employment related immigration matters, focusing on strategic immigration planning for U.S. and international companies for the international relocation of personnel including professionals, managers, and executives.
Ms. Lin also assists Chinese private companies and SOEs in the establishment of private investment funds, business formations, and other business ventures and acquisition opportunities in US.
