Mr. Song has been practicing in law for more than 20 years since 1999. Mr. Song who is excellent in Japanese and Korean, and he has provided legal services for lots of institutions and enterprises in China, Japan and South Korea, with his excellent multilingual skills and multicultural understanding. Mr. Song practices in the legal fields of cross-border investment and merger, financing, intellectual property, etc. He has provided legal services for large Korean companies including subsidiaries of Samsung, Hyundai, LG, etc., and Korean-funded banks such as The Korea Development Bank ，Shinhan Bank, Enterprise Bank, Export-Import Bank of Korea and Hana Bank. And he has acted as legal counsel for Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Qingdao, Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Xi 'an, and Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Wuhan.
