Yuxin XIA
Mr Xia’s main practice areas include construction & project development, project contracting, mergers & acquisitions, investment, financing, and litigation & arbitration. Mr. Xia has been providing year-round legal services including legal advisory, litigation and arbitration dispute resolution, project contracting, project development, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise compliance services for listed companies and conglomerates.
Since starting practice in 2008, Mr. Xia has served as the perennial legal consultant for large enterprises such as Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group, Central Southern China Electric POWER Design Institute and TBEA. He has acted in the resolution of several complex cross-border disputes such as the dispute over the natural gas Take-or-Pay contract between Zhejiang Provincial Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd. and Chaozhun Energy China Limited, and the dispute over an EPC contract of TBEA power plant project in Tajikistan. Mr. Xia has provided legal services for mergers and acquisitions of several major energy projects for China Resources Power, Jingneng International Holding Group, Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group, the State Power Investment Corporation, etc., and has provided corporate compliance legal services such as issuing legal risk guidance for China Resources Power, TBEA and other large enterprises.
