Mr. Li specializes in the areas of real estate development, construction, merger and acquisition, financing, urban renewal, elderly care facility, industrial park, etc. He has provided legal services to many real estate enterprises and investment institutions, such as Sun Fook Kong Property Group, Poly Developments and Holdings Group Co., Ping An Real Estate Co., CIFI Holdings Co., Longfor Properties, Cinda Real Estate, Ping An Trust, CITIC Prudential Fund, and Ande Investment.
