• Advised Airbus S.A.S. on its establishment of a joint venture in China to carry out aircraft lifecycle services in the Pacific areas, with services including providing consultancy on issues related to Chinese laws, and drafting/reviewing, revising and negotiating about project documents, such as joint venture agreement, articles of association, design and construction agreement, lease agreement, equipment agreement, and license agreement

• Advised Airbus China on the amendments of the joint venture contract and articles of association of Airbus Tianjin assembly line in relation to the expansion of business to A320 Ramp Up and the widebody project

• Advised Airbus China on legal matters in relation to its daily operation and investment
